Cleaning Instructions
Use a soft cloth with minimal amounts of a standard solvent free cleaning agent to lightly polish the housing of the 24*7 machine – we do not recommend using a damp cloth on any part of the unit. Regularly check the interior of the machine for scraps of foil, dust, hair and any other loose debris. If required remove these with a dry cloth taking care of the sharp cutting blade.
Important notes
- Do not allow the machine to come into contact with liquids, either internal or external.
- Do not use solvents or solvent based cleaning agents.
- Do not use scouring based cleaning agents.
- When cleaning the machine ensure the unit is switched off and the plug is disconnected from the power supply.
- When cleaning any internal parts of the machine take extreme care of the sharp cutting blade at the front of the machine housed behind the lid release catch.
Solutions & Tips
Displays Panel shows 2 Dashes
The most likely causes for this problem:
Make sure you’re using the correct foil. You can only use PROCARE 24*7 refill rolls, the 24*7 will not work with other foils. Incorrect foil use will display two dashes on the LED screen.
Foil getting caught and coming out crinkled

Cuts 1 Foil then Stops
The most likely causes for this problem:
1. Static
2. Unsecured fold blade guide
3. Foil quality set to 1
Common Troubleshooting
No light when power is on
If problem still persists there may be an Internal fault.
Disconnect from power and contact our support team.
Reload light is on continuously
If there is a Feed error, clear the jam (if present)
Check that the foil needs to be a recognised 24*7 compatible product.
If there is interference from secondary electrical source, move machine away from other electrical units.
