Troubleshoot issues with reclining your BlueTooth Connect Washlounge
Troubleshooting your BlueTooth Remote to your Electric Reclining Wash Lounge with Massage
Step 1 – Soft reset
Begin by turning the power off at the wall for two minutes, this will complete a soft system reset
If the error still occurs, please move to Step 2.
Step 2 – Reset the BlueTooth connection
IMPORTANT – Move to the back of the chair
Hold the two buttons (refer to picture) down continuously on the remote for approximately 10 seconds, you should hear a long beep coming from the control box under the wash lounge for the first 10 seconds
Keep holding for another 10 secs you will not hear beeping.
Keep holding until you hear a double beep at the 20 second mark.
After the two final beeps hold the down arrow on the remote until the chair moves a small amount and the control box beeps two more times. This means the reset is complete
This confirms:
– Remote is connected to the Wash Lounge
– Batteries are live and active
– Battery cover is installed correctly
– Any software errors that may have appeared have been cleared
TIP: Turn off nearby washlounges at the power to ensure you are connecting the correct unit
If the error still occurs, please move to Step 3.
Step 3
Change the battery if it hasn’t been already, ensure the battery is the correct model – CR2032 (available from any supermarket or hardware store)
Step 4
Ensure the battery cover is locked in correctly – arrow pointing to the locked sign (pictured)
