Troubleshooting Your Bluetooth Connect Washlounge
If your Electric Reclining Washlounge with Massage isn't responding to the Bluetooth remote, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Step 1 – Perform a Soft Reset
Turn off the washlounge at the wall power outlet.

Leave it off for two minutes, then turn it back on.

This performs a soft reset of the system.
If the issue persists, continue to Step 2.

Step 2 – Reset the Bluetooth Connection
Important: To avoid connecting to the wrong unit, switch off nearby wash lounges at the power source during this step.
To reset the Bluetooth remote:

On the remote control, press and hold both buttons shown in the image.
– Hold for approximately 10 seconds.
– You will hear a long beep from the control box located under the wash lounge. -
Continue holding both buttons for another 10 seconds.
– No sound will be heard during this time. -
At the 20-second mark, you will hear a double beep.
– Do not release the buttons until you hear this sound. -
After the double beep, press and hold the down arrow on the remote control.
– The chair will move slightly.
– The control box will emit two more beeps.
When these steps are complete, the Bluetooth reset has been successful.
If the error still persists, continue to Step 3.
Step 3: Replace the Remote’s Battery
Change the battery if it hasn’t been already, ensure the battery is the correct model –
Use a CR2032 coin cell battery (available at supermarkets or hardware stores).
