Resetting Your Bluetooth Remote Control

If your remote isn’t responding, or if you’re experiencing unexpected movements or pairing issues, your Bluetooth connection may need to be reset. This process will re-establish a fresh connection between the remote control and the wash lounge’s control box. It’s especially helpful when replacing a remote or troubleshooting connection errors.

Important: To prevent pairing with the wrong unit, switch off any nearby wash lounges at the power source before starting this reset process.

Step-by-Step Reset Instructions

Important:  To avoid connecting to the wrong unit, switch off nearby wash lounges at the power source during this step.

1. On the remote control, press and hold both buttons shown in the image.
– Hold for approximately 10 seconds.
– You will hear a long beep from the control box located under the wash lounge.

2. Continue holding both buttons for another 10 seconds.
– No sound will be heard during this time.

3. At the 20-second mark, you will hear a double beep.
– Do not release the buttons until you hear this sound.

4. After the double beep, press and hold the down arrow on the remote control.
– The chair will move slightly.
– The control box will emit two more beeps.

When these steps are complete, the Bluetooth reset has been successful.

If you do not hear the last two beeps after the leg rest has moved out/in please repeat the process.
