AquaGlo Hydradermabrasion Machine - No Suction

Step by step guide on how to check the suction on your AquaGlo Hydradermabrasion Machine

Step 1: Correct tip on handpiece

Ensure the clear tip (not the blue cleaning tip) is installed on the handpiece.

Step 2: Check the seal

Check that the seal on the inside of the dump jar is tightly installed in the top of the dump jar lid.

Step 3: Ensure the float valve is installed correctly.

The valve will easily slide in with the washer end first leaving the open end of the valve resting on the U frame. Do not force the float valve. When the machine is turned off, the flow valve should be sitting on the metal U frame.

Step 4: Check handset connector

Check that the handset connector at back of the machine does not have broken prongs. NOTE: the handset connector tube must be installed the same way, mark the top of the tube prior to removing to ensure correct reinstallation.

Step 5: Check the vacuum on the handset connector.

With the tube to the handset connector removed, turn the machine on and place your finger on the handset connector to check for any vacuum.

Step 6: Check tip mount not broken or loose.

Tip mounts should not have any cracks as pictured below. The tip mounts will have some slight movement however there should not be excessive movement.

Step 7: Check the solution entry connector.

Ensure the solution connectors are in tack and the solution tubes are securely attached to the connectors.
